Kay Maddox-Daines
I am passionate about the interface between people and emerging technology and how we can create safe, ethical and diverse organisations. Through my work with researchers, people and technology experts and leaders I explore the questions we should be asking, the considerations we should be prioritising and the choices we are facing to successfully navigate a digital future that is fair and accessible to all.

workplace wellbeing
Promoting a holistic culture of wellbeing which allows people to thrive in safe, ethical and diverse organisations that support flexibility, connections and development
Sustainable work
Creating sustainable work and digital technology that supports the UN Sustainable Developmental Goals so that work and technology align to nature and address urgent climate change issues
